Our favourite - risotto

NM: What more can I say? This is our 'go to' dish. A staple. A favourite.

I think we have fed all our friends this one. Not because we don't want to make an effort but simply because we want to share the magic. Have you not shared this magic with us? Well, you know where we live ;)

Definitely a dish that can be made as a small portion starter, too-many-helpings main dish / forgot-to-get-groceries-on-Saturday-so-what-shall-we-make-on-Sunday dinner / comfort food, etc. You get the picture.
