Indian lamb & spinach curry

NM: Gard likes to order this dish when we treat ourselves to dinner at the local Indian restaurant - there are only 2,5 in our home town. So of course I had to try this recipe from Oprah magazine. I even let it stew overnight so the flavours could properly seal into the lamb. Pretty easy to make but not quite the end result I expected: the sauce was watery, dish wasn't spicy enough. Might try it again with tomatoes.
